The field is open to any individual who fulfills the qualifications established by their state. For several qualified nursing aides, the function is more than a task. "A lot of CNA tales that I hear have the typical connection that they enjoy assisting individuals and were obliged to learn more after having an experience with a loved one who required individual care assistance," claims Brooke Phulesar, area liaison for Visiting Angels, Eastern Shore, in Easton, Maryland, and vice head of state of the Mid-Shore Nursing Aide Advisory Council.
